Description
To support the growth of our business in Europe, we are looking to strengthen to hire a Business Development Manager - Rewarded Traffic (Hang My Ads), for Europe market. In this role the main responsibility will be to prospecting, create opportunities and closing deals with clients from Europe, that are interested in promoting their Apps using the ClearPier Rewarded Traffic solution including Offerwall and Incent Traffic.
A day in the life
- Collaborate with publisher managers to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaign success.
- Create tracking links and make sure app metrics and parameters are all in place.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Work closely with publishers to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximize app installs.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present reports to internal teams and clients, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
- Ensure that all campaigns ad here to industry regulations and best practices.
- Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of traffic quality and fraud prevention.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in language, business, marketing, statistics or a related field )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese) - able to convey a message in a clear,concise and relevant way and adapt it as needed
- Advanced in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables
- A commanding desire to learn and succeed in ad-tech/ads sales
- 1-2 years sales or related experience in ad-tech industry
- Any additional language will be preferred
